Upon Delivery you may reject the item only due to shipping damage to the item. Due to the custom nature of these items, any returns must include ALL items and paperwork shipped with the item and the item must be in brand new, sell-able condition. Due to the custom nature of the items, returns are subject to a 50% restocking fee. Returns due to damage, wear and tear, regular usage, or manufacturer defect will be evaluated on a case by case basis.
