CONDITIONS OF USE

Thank you for visiting our website. Use of theLion Claw Tactical website including visits and placing orders constitutes agreement to our Terms and Conditions. By placing an order you are accepting the Lion Claw Tactical Terms of Service. We encourage you to review the following information carefully. If you are not in agreement and/or acceptance of these terms, please do not continue use of the website.

AFFIDAVIT OF CUSTOMER

I am not an unlawful user or addicted to any controlled substance.

By selling or delivering ammunition to me, Lion Claw Tactical is not violating any state or local law or ordinance.

I have never been and I am not expected to be convicted in any court of a misdemeanor crime of domestic violence.

I am not under indictment for and have never been convicted in any court of a crime punishable by imprisonment for over one year.

I am not a fugitive from justice.

I am currently not subject to a restraining order of any kind.

I have not been adjudicated as a mental defective and I have not been committed to any mental institution.

I am not an illegal or unlawful alien.

I have never been and I am not expected to be discharged from the Armed Forces under dishonorable conditions.

I am not currently less than twenty-one (21) years old.

I have not renounced my U.S. citizenship.

I will use products purchased from Lion Claw Tactical for lawful purposes only.

If purchasing a firearm it will be transferred in the name of the person paying for the item via the web site & will not be for another person.

LEGALITY

You agree that any products purchased from Lion Claw Tactical will be used for any lawful purpose only, and that you are aware of all federal, state, and local laws and regulations concerning the product(s) that you are purchasing, and by purchasing and possessing those items, you will abide by all of those laws and regulations.

You agree that any manufacturing, assembly, or modification of any kind, conducted on firearms or any other product of any kind, using parts, components, accessories, or any other item purchased from Lion Claw Tactical will be done within legal and regulatory parameters as established by the federal, state, and local authorities. Additionally, you confirm that by manufacturing, assembling, or modifying any product purchased from Lion Claw Tactical or any other product using products purchased from Lion Claw Tactical you will abide by all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. You agree that you will abide by all NFA laws and BATFE regulations. Please check with your local authorities and/or with BATFE before doing any modifications or builds. Special federal, state, and/or local licensing, permission, and/or registration may be required for some modifications and builds prior, during, and/or after you commence such activities.

You agree not to hold Lion Claw Tactical liable for any legal consequences resulting from ignorance or deliberate disregard for those federal, state, or local regulations and laws. Lion Claw Tactical will take all reasonable measures to inform the buyer about legalities concerning each product and not sell and/or ship items where prohibited. However, you agree that the final burden falls with you, the buyer.

Liability

Lion Claw Tactical does not assume any liability for any harm caused by improper or misuse of products purchased from Lion Claw Tactical. You agree not to hold Lion Claw Tactical liable for any such harms caused by improper use, installation, or maintenance performed by you or by any other entity. Lion Claw Tactical recommends consulting with a professional gunsmith before performing any installation, modification or maintenance.

Firearm Sales

Lion Claw Tactical does not ship firearms directly to the end-user once the purchase is completed. All transfers of firearms must go through a federal license holder (FFL). If you do not hold a Federal Firearms License, you must make arrangements with an FFL in your state and jurisdiction of residence to receive and transfer the firearm to you. E-mail Sales@LionClawTactical.com if you have any questions about how to buy a firearm. All firearms will be shipped to the premises address indicated on the receiving Federal Firearms License with no exceptions. All required paperwork and background checks must be done by your local FFL holder before transferring the firearms to you. Lion Claw Tactical does not take any responsibility or liability for any complications arising from the federally mandated background checks or other issues with your FFL dealer . It is the customers responsibility to contact the FFL dealer in advance of the order to arrange any and all transfer details . Lion Claw Tactical does not contact FFL dealers to arrange transfers or request paperwork .

By placing a firearm order through Lion Claw Tactical , you confirm that you are of legal age to purchase firearms, that you are legally allowed to purchase firearms in that you have not committed any act or are not under any condition whereas purchasing and possession of firearms by you may be deemed illegal, you are not entering in any kind of activity that may be viewed illegal by any federal, state, or local laws and regulations, and that you are not committing any act of felony (Straw Sale, etc.).

Some of the firearms for sale on our website may be restricted in the state and/or city in which you reside. It is your responsibility to verify the legality of any item being ordered, prior to the placement of that order. If you have any questions with respect to state or local restriction of a firearm you wish to purchase, please inquire with your local FFL prior to placing your order. Lion Claw Tactical is not responsible for orders placed for illegal items in your area and all returns due to this will be subject to a 50% re stocking fee.

Lion Claw Tactical is not affiliated with any transfer dealers. All transfer arrangements are between you the client and your dealer we are not responsible for arranging or negotiating transfers . Lion Claw Tactical will ship the firearm to the dealer you choose . Any complications that may arise with your FFL transfer dealer after the shipment has left our facility is the customers responsibility since you chose the dealer and Lion Claw Tactical has no affiliation with the dealer. By placing the order you agree that you will not attempt to back charge or ask for other compensation on problems experienced with your FFL transfer.

By placing an order for a Firearms and choosing a credit card payment option you acknowledge that the order will ship to your chosen FFL transfer dealer & not your billing address .The FFL will not be the same as your credit card billing address and you waive the right & ability to post a credit card charge back due to any issues or complications with your transfer.

Upon Delivery you may reject the item only due to shiping damage to the item. Due to the custom nature of these items, any returns must include ALL items and paperwork shipped with the item and the item must be in brand new, sellable condition. Due to the custom nature of the items, returns are subject to a 50% restocking fee. Returns due to damage, wear and tear, regular useage, or manufacturer defect will be evaluated on a case by case basis.

Magazine restrictions

Lion Claw Tactical will not ship high capacity magazines to any state or city that has restrictions. For convenience, below is a list of states that have magazine restrictions. Use this as a reference only as state and local laws change frequently. Please check your local & state laws.

California - 10 Rounds

Colorado - 15 Rounds No shotgun mags over 8 rounds

Connecticut - 10 Rounds

District of Columbia - 10 Rounds

Hawaii - 10 Rounds (Handguns Only)

It is your responsibility to verify the legality of any magazine being ordered, prior to the placement of that order. If you have any questions with respect to state or local restriction of a magazine you wish to purchase, please inquire with your local FFL prior to placing your order.

PROHIBITED SHIPPING ADDRESSES

Lion Claw Tactical does not ship to the following:

International Addresses

US Protectorates (Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, etc)

TERMS OF SALE

Placing an order through Lion Claw Tactical does not constitute a sale nor does it entitle you to the products ordered through Lion Claw Tactical. All above mentioned conditions must be met before Lion Claw Tactical finalizes the sale of merchandise. Lion Claw Tactical may require additional documents (licenses, permits, etc.) before completing the sale. If your order includes a firearm, Lion Claw Tactical will require your transferring FFL holder have a copy of their license on file with Lion Claw Tactical before finalizing the order. All payment requirements must be met before a sale can be finalized and merchandise can be shipped out. By placing an order with Lion Claw Tactical you are agreeing to our Terms and Conditions.

ORDER PROCESS AND SHIPMENT

Firearm & regulated items will not ship until the required information is received and verified by Lion Claw Tactical. If your order contains both a firearm and accessories, the accessories will ship to the FFL dealer with the firearm we do not offer split shipments on the same order.

Lion Claw Tactical will cancel any order that has a different recipient name and delivery address (firearms excluded), no exceptions.

Once the order has shipped, an email will be sent to you with tracking information.

We do not offer combined shipping or multiple orders.

We do not offer guaranteed delivery time refunds from the carriers.

By using, viewing or accessing www.LionClawTactical.com , you agree that the laws of the state of Oklahoma, without regard to principles of conflict of laws will govern these Terms and Conditions and any dispute of any sort that might arise between you and Lion Claw Tactical

By using, viewing or accessing the Lion Claw Tactical , you agree that: (i) our website shall be deemed solely based in Oklahoma State; and (ii) our website is a passive website that does not give rise to personal jurisdiction over Lion Claw Tactical, either specific or general, in jurisdictions other than Oklahoma State. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the internal substantive laws of the State of Oklahoma , without respect to its conflict of laws principles. Venue for any legal action concerning any claim or dispute between you and Lion Claw Tactical that arises in whole or in part from our website, the purchase of any Lion Claw Tactical products or any other transaction between you and Lion Claw Tactical shall lie exclusively in Oklahoma County, Oklahoma, and by using, viewing, purchasing and/or accessing the Lion Claw Tactical website you expressly consent to jurisdiction and venue in such court.

These Terms of Use, together with the Lion Claw Tactical Privacy Policy and any other legal notices published by Lion Claw Tactical on our website, shall constitute the entire agreement between you and Lion Claw Tactical concerning our website. If any provision of these Terms of Use or the Lion Claw Tactical Privacy Policy is deemed invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, the invalidity of such provision shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions therein, which shall remain in full force and effect. No waiver of any term of this these Terms of Use or the Lion Claw Tactical Privacy Policy shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term, and Lion Claw Tactical's failure to assert any right or provision under these Terms and Conditions or the Lion Claw Tactical Privacy Policy shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. Lion Claw Tactical reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions or the Lion Claw Tactical Privacy Policy at any time and without notice, and it is your responsibility to review these Terms and Conditions or the Lion Claw Tactical Privacy Policy for any changes. Your use of our website following any amendment of these Terms and Conditions will signify your assent to and acceptance of its revised terms. You agree that regardless of any statute or law to the contrary, any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to use of our website or related services must be filed within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arose or shall be forever barred.

By placing an order you are agreeing to accept the Terms & Conditions of the Lion Claw Tactical Return Policy.

ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS

You affirm that you are: i) at least 18 years of age; ii) an emancipated minor; or iii) possess legal parental or guardian consent, and are fully able and competent to enter into the terms, conditions, obligations, affirmations, representations, and warranties set forth in these Terms of Srevice and the Lion Claw Tactical Privacy Policy, and to abide by and comply with such terms, conditions and obligations.

ASSIGNMENT

These Terms and Conditions, and any rights and licenses granted here under, may not be transferred or assigned by you, but may be assigned only by Lion Claw Tactical without restriction.

CHANGES IN POLICY

Lion Claw Tactical reserves the right to modify, alter, delete and update these policies at any time we see fit. Such alterations do not nullify our rights if infringements or breaches occurred under a previous version of these conditions. You agree that Lion Claw Tactical shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of any service.
